Sectarian violence in Africa

In Africa, in multiple countries, there is sectarian violence going on between Muslims and Christians. People are committing atrocities and JUSTIFYING them because of their religious beliefs. For example, I was listening to a news story on NPR news, and they were speaking to a man who had committed one of these disgusting crimes. He was a Christian man who had eaten a Muslim man's leg simply because the other man was Muslim. When asked about his reasons for committing this crime, he replied, "A muslim man killed my wife." This explanation is very similar to one of the ways that Adolph Hitler  justified the Holocaust. Hitler's explanation was, "My mother died under the care of a Jewish doctor." I just thought you guys would want to be informed about the DAMAGE that religion causes. A man hacked off a man's leg in the street and ate the WHOLE ENTIRE THING. COUNTLESS people have been brutally murdered like this man who had his leg eaten and the cannibal's mother. All because of your God. wouldn't Jesus and Muhammad be so proud.
